Abstract/Paper/Contribution

Please, fill abstract* of a paper during the registration. It is possible to submit 1 abstract per conference fee. An additional paper is charged at a fee of 220 EUR (5 500 CZK).

Instructions for writing a paper can be found in the template. Max. size of file: 20 MB. Accepted papers will be processed into conference proceedings. Please, send your final version of paper on email: info@steelsim2025.com before June 20, 2025.

Note: *When selecting either "Speaker/Student with paper and presentation" or "Speaker/Student with poster" during registration, you can submit an abstract until June 20, 2025. However, June 20, 2025 is also the submission deadline for full papers.

Poster

Poster size: A1 - 594 mm (width) × 841 mm (height). The full text of poster can be included in the conference proceedings, than please send the full version of paper on email: info@steelsim2025.com before June 20, 2025.

Presentation

Format: PowerPoint (MS Office 2000 and newer) or Adobe Acrobat. Please, send your final version of presentation on email: info@steelsim2025.com before August 21, 2025.

VISA & Invitation Letter

Registration for the conference does not automatically entitle the participant to a visa to enter the EU. The organizer will not send additional invitation letters to support the issuance of visas. We are very sorry, we cannot influence the visa granting process.
